•     Computer literate as all tutors must also teach as Internet tutors,

•     Converse in at least two of these basic languages -
      English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, (others -optional),   
•     Honest,    
•     Responsible,     
•     Dedicated and Result oriented,  
•     Good Time Management - always punctual,   
•     Willing to sacrifice own private time especially during public holidays,
      students' tests and exams, 
•     Committed to work for long term (at least 3 years in written contract), 
•     High EQ as you may need to tackle with difficult students and parents,  
•     Patience is the key to teaching,  
•     Able to withstand criticisms and aim to strive for the best,   
•     Possess the right qualification, 
•     Possess class 3 driving license, 
•     Most importantly, a good positive attitude to work hard........  and many
